3. Edit Arrival/Departure dates (valid March 3rd to 5th, 2023)
4. Number of rooms/guests
5. Click Special Rates button
6. Group Code: SNORT2
7. Click Update
8. The Group Rate of $129 will appear for reservations.  Guests must reserve the room with a credit card.  A card will be authorized upon arrival for the full amount, plus incidentals and will not get charged until day of departure.

Guests can also call the hotel direct at (315) 298-3434 and give the agent the Group Code (SNORT2).  Guest check-in is 3:00pm and guest check-out is 11:00am.  Reservations must be made by February 24th in order to receive the group rate.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your reservation, it must be done 48 hours prior to your reservation.  No shows or cancellations within 48 hours will be charged.

FRIDAY GET TOGETHER – Friday evening will be a casual get together in the hotel common area at 7:30pm.  The club will provide dinner.  Please bring your own drinks.  We will discuss the next days club ride, when and where to meet.  Please be in attendance so you are informed of the next days agenda.

SATURDAY CLUB RIDE – Please make your own accommodations for breakfast (available in the hotel restaurant).  Meet at the designated meeting location at 9:00am.  Please be completed with breakfast, geared up, oiled up, gassed up and ready to ride!

SATURDAY CLUB DINNER – The club dinner will be held on Saturday at the Tailwater Lodge.  Happy hour starts at 6pm in the common area.  Please bring your own drinks for happy hour.  Dinner will be buffet style at 7pm. The cost is $45 per person for dinner with a cash bar.
