This years club ride is scheduled for January 28th – 30th at the Tailwater Lodge in Altmar, NY.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS –

3. Edit Arrival/Departure dates (valid January 28-30, 2022)
4. Number of rooms/guests
5. Click Special Rates button
6. Group Code: SRATS
7. Click Update
8. The Group Rate of $119 will appear for reservations.  Guests must reserve the room with a credit card.  A card will be authorized upon arrival for the full amount, plus incidentals and will not get charged until day of departure.  All rooms must be booked by December 31, 2021 to receive the discounted rate.

Guests can also call the hotel direct at (315) 298-3434 and give the agent the Group Code (SRATS).  Guest check-in is 3:00pm and guest check-out is 11:00am.

FRIDAY GET TOGETHER – Friday evening will be a casual get together in the hotel common area.  Please bring your own food and drinks.

SATURDAY CLUB RIDE – The club ride will begin at 9am on Saturday. Please be oiled and gassed up and ready to ride. We might have a guest from the local Kasoag Trailblazers club to guide us through their trail system.

SATURDAY CLUB DINNER – The club dinner will be held on Saturday at the Tailwater Lodge.  Cocktail hour starts at 6pm in a private room.  There will be a cash bar and you can order and pay for appetizers off the menu if you wish.  Dinner will be buffet style at 7pm. The cost is $40 per person for dinner with a cash bar.
