The Brantingham Snomads have graciously offered to host us again for our club ride. Last year we were joined by many members of the Snomads and we had a fantastic time!

THE MEET (Friday):
Any SnowRats in the area on Friday Night are welcome to meet at the Dailey’s (5475 Highmarket Rd, Constableville, NY) at 6:00pm for snacks and a good time.

THE RIDE (Saturday):
Meet at the Brantingham SnoMads Groomer Barn by 9:30am sharp!  The Groomer Barn is located at 7761 Brantingham Rd, Greig, NY.  Riders from The Edge Hotel should group together for the short trip to the barn so nobody get’s left behind.  It’s about a 20 minute ride so please give yourselves enough time.  Please line your sleds up for a group picture upon arrival.  We will break up into groups for our ride.  A lunch stop is planned and more riding after lunch.

DINNER (Saturday):
Our dinner will be held at The Coach Light Inn located at 5555 Partridgeville Rd, Brantingham, NY 13312. Dinner will begin at 7:00pm. PLEASE RSVP FOR THE DINNER BY JANUARY 18TH! The cost of the dinner is $40. It will be a buffet with appetizers, salad, potatoes, chicken, a beef carving station, and vegetable.  Three drinks are included in the dinner cost.  Please pay the club treasurer, Steve, at the dinner.

ACCOMODATIONS:
Be sure to book your accomodations soon. There are two paces listed below with limited availability.

The Brantingham Inn – Brantingham Rd, Brantingham, NY. (315) 348-8125
This is the closest place to stay to our dinner location (walking distance). There are 6 rooms with two double beds available on a first come, first serve basis. The Inn has an attached bar and offers breakfast on the weekends. Be sure to find out what their cancellation policy is when booking.

The Edge Hotel  ***NO VACANCY*** – 3952 NY-12, Lyons Falls, NY 13368. (866) 348-4211
The Edge Hotel is about a 15 minute sled ride or car ride from our dinner location. There are many rooms of different configurations available on a first come, first serve basis. We have a block of 10 rooms held under “The SnowRats” which will be held until Dec. 25th. After that you’re on your own (last year they sold out of rooms). The nightly rate is $109 and they require a one night deposit when booking. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the start of your stay. There will be a 5% fee (approx. $5.45) per night for cancelling prior to 48 hours (example: approx. $10.90 fee if you had a 2 night stay booked). If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your stay you will lose your one night deposit.
